The Building Department is located in the lower level of Town Hall
 at 271 Sandwich Street S.

Building Services Include Issuance of:   image of technical drawing

  •     Building Permits
  •     Demolition Permits 
  •     Plumbing Permits
  •     Pool Permits
  •     Septic/Sewer Permits
  •     Sign Permits




Please note that most permits are subject to applicable fees and deposits.  
Your permit application must accompany 2 sets of structural drawings, including a site plan and any other applicable forms/approvals as well as the deposit.  We regret that we cannot review incomplete applications.  Please also note that you may be subject to ERCA (Essex Region Conservation Authority) regulations.
