Business License Requirements
Businesses operating in the Town of Amherstburg must purchase a Business License from the Town of Amherstburg Clerk's Department. Business licenses are issued and governed by Town of Amherstburg By-Law 2009-44 and 2012-114.
Applicants will have to ensure that building, zoning, fire and health department regulations are complied with. Once you submit the application with the fee, it is your responsibility to book the required inspections.
