The Town of Amherstburg is calling on all residents for ideas, suggestions and comments on the New Inclusive Multi-Use Recreation Complex to be built in Larry Bauer Park.

The Town of Amherstburg's Recreation Services Department offers the community a variety of leisure and recreation venues. Passive and active parks for organized, skilled, or impromptu activities cater to a widely diverse population.
Sports Fields for organized and fun activities such as Baseball, Soccer, Football and whatever one feels is to their liking, as well as leisure activities and bookings are available through Connect2REC below.
The Amherstburg Arena has always been a hub of community activity with a 10 Month Ice Season July - April featuring Amherstburg Minor Hockey, Skate Amherstburg, Senior, Adult and Old timers Hockey.
Throughout the ice season we feature Parents and Tots Skating, PA Days Skates, Family Day Activities February each year, and Public Skates Sundays from 1:00 - 2:30 pm.
In mid-April Amherstburg Minor Inline Roller Hockey Season begins, sanctioned under the Ontario Minor Roller Hockey Association www.omrha.com

Ice and dry rink bookings are also available at our Rec Facilities link below as well as any booking for any recreation facilities within Amherstburg.
