Anderdon courts on Middle Side Road/cty rd 10 and the courts in Co-An Park, 11th Concession, McGregor are currently available. The tennis courts in Malden are closed due to unsafe conditions & they are no longer repairable. 
For those who may like to try their skill on Pickleball, it is available for FREE on Monday nights, 5:30pm - 8 pm, at the Libro Centre May 2 – July 29, courtesy of Pathway to Potential. Balls & paddles are provided!

Following the Roadmap to Exit Step of the Reopening Ontario Act to gradually ease public health measures, as of March 1, 2022, proof of vaccination will not be necessary for the public to enter Town of Amherstburg facilities. However, physical distancing is encouraged.
Town facilities are open; however, pre-scheduled appointments are encouraged to conduct Town business, including business with the Planning and Building Departments at The Libro Centre.

The Town of Amherstburg has hired a new Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Peter Simmons, following a rigorous, months-long process that began in November of 2021. Peter Simmons begins his new role transitioning with the Town on February 22, 2022,  officially commencing his duties with the CAO Appointment Bylaw to be passed at the next meeting of Council on February 28, 2022.
