Proof of Vaccination REQUIRED at The Libro Centre Recreation and In-person Council & Committee Meetings

For recreation services at The Libro Centre proof of double vaccination is require of those 12 years of age and older as of October 1, 2021. Medical exemptions only. According to the Province of Ontario, all versions of the vaccine receipt are acceptable as proof of vaccination (ex. printed copy or emailed version). The receipt must show that patrons are fully vaccinated. Photocopies of proof of vaccination and Government issued ID will be accepted. click here. 

In-person Council and Committee Meetings

As of Monday, November 22nd, 2021, Council and Committee Meetings will be available in-person for those who are double vaccinated.

To attend:

-Enter through the vestibule at the back of Town Hall. 
-Show proof of double vaccination along with your government issued government ID.
-Complete the pre-screen BEFORE arriving.  amherstburg.ca/prescreen  Hard copies of the pre-screen will be available at Town Hall prior to meeting.
-Wear a mask while in the meeting.

Tips:

-Avoid the rush and arrive 1/2 hour prior to meeting.
-Pre-screen online prior to arriving
-Have your Proof of Vaccination and ID ready
-Entry may be declined if capacity limits are exceeded.

Delegation:

Delegation remains the same and can be done in-person (must be vaccinated) or electronically (vaccinated or unvaccinated).  amherstburg.ca/delegationform
