ELECTION COMPLIANCE AUDIT COMMITTEE

In accordance with the Municipal Election Act 1996, and amendments thereto, the Council of the Town of Amherstburg is required to establish an Election Compliance Audit Committee. This three (3) person Committee will consider applications from voters who are entitled to vote in the 2022 municipal election and who believe that a candidate has contravened a provision of the Municipal Elections Act, 1996 related to election campaign expenses.
