Making a Complaint to the Integrity Commissioner

All complaints to the Integrity Commissioner must be made in accordance with the Complaint Protocol, and must be submitted on the Affidavit which is attached as Schedule A to the Complaint Protocol. Integrity Complaints are facilitated through the Clerk's office.

A deposit of $125.00 is required to proceed.
