Remembrance Day

Residents are encouraged to join the Royal Canadian Legion Fort Malden Branch 157 for a Remembrance Day ceremony and parade tomorrow, November 11. The parade will step off from the Legion at 10:30 am, marching towards the Cenotaph in King's Navy Yard Park for the ceremony.

This annual event provides an opportunity for our community to come together to honour and remember the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.

We thank all veterans and active service members for their courage, sacrifice, and dedication.

Lest We Forget.

The Town of Amherstburg also reminds residents that municipal offices will be closed on Tuesday, November 11 in observance of Remembrance Day.
