Yard Waste Collection Begins This Month

Yard waste collection returns this April.

Collection will begin in the North Zone on Monday, April 6, with the South Zone starting on Monday, April 13. Residents are encouraged to check their collection calendar to confirm their scheduled pickup dates throughout the season.

To ensure materials are collected safely and efficiently, please follow these guidelines:

Accepted Yard Waste Containers:

• Paper yard waste bags
• Cardboard boxes
• Garbage cans or reusable pails
• Plastic bags are not permitted

Tree Trimmings: Must be cut into bundles no longer than four (4) feet. Bundles must not exceed two (2) feet in diameter. Individual branches should be manageable and securely tied

Weight Limits: All containers and bundled materials must weigh no more than 45 lbs (20 kg)
