Help keep our community safe and enjoyable by reporting by-law concerns such as:

Use our Online Service Portal to report an issue directly to our By-Law Enforcement Team. 

The Town works hard to maintain safe and accessible streets. You can report:

  • Potholes or damaged road surfaces
  • Dead animal on road
  • Broken or uneven sidewalks
  • Missing or damaged street signs
  • Stormwater concerns (e.g. catch basins)
  • Streetlight or traffic light outages
  • Tree maintenance requests (e.g., fallen branches, pruning)

County Owned Roads

To report an issue on a County road, please call the County Roads department at 519-326-8691.

For information on how to report a slip and fall that occurred on Town property, please view the Insurance Claims webpage. Once submitted our Risk Manager will review your claim and contact you with next steps.
