Town of Amherstburg Online Payment Portal
Welcome to the Town of Amherstburg’s Online Payment Portal. From here residents can pay for dog tags, parking tickets, property taxes or town invoices.
The Town does not collect any fees from the resident to use the online payment method but the payment processor, Paymentus, collects the following fees for paying tickets, dog tags, property taxes or town invoices online.
1.5% fee on any online payment using Debit VISA/Mastercard
2.5% fee on any online payment using VISA or Mastercard
Property Tax
If you own a property in Amherstburg, you are required to pay property tax.

Parking Fine
If you have received a Parking Infraction Notice, the Early Voluntary Payment for the lesser fine is within the first 15 days after the ticket was issued of Impending Conviction or a Notice of Fine and Due Date if your infraction is registered with the courts.
If you do not pay within the first 15 days, you will be subject to additional fines through a Notice.

Dog Licenses
The Town of Amherstburg's By-law # 2022-008 states that all dogs must be licensed yearly on or before April 30th each year and must be renewed annually.
**Please be sure to fill out the online information form on the dogs you own here, before you pay online. All Dog Tags will be mailed out beginning the last week of January.
