Construction Notice: Mill and Pave Program July 20, 2026

Mill and Pave road construction will begin on July 20, 2026, and is expected to take approximately three weeks (weather permitting).

Current work will take place on: Illinois Street, Eggleton Court, Jones Court, Richmond Street (Kentucky Avenue to Simcoe Street), Bratt Drive, Hart Street, and Hainer Court.

Work includes:

• Asphalt removal
• Minor curb repairs
• New asphalt installation

Some traffic disruptions may occur, but resident access will be maintained throughout the construction period..

Please slow down, follow posted signage, and watch for flag persons in the construction zone.
