Farm Fest brings agriculture and entertainment to downtown August 7-9

Farm Fest returns to downtown Amherstburg from August 7 to 9, transforming the Open Air Weekends experience into a celebration of agriculture, community, and hands-on fun.
Throughout the weekend, visitors can enjoy interactive experiences including pedal tractors, agriculture-themed activities, and the return of popular farm animals, offering families a chance to connect with rural life in the heart of downtown!
Friday evening will feature musical performances by Nick Robinson and Brooke McKenna, followed by Fresh Horses – a Garth Brooks tribute band – taking the stage Saturday night.
In addition to live music, guests can enjoy line and clogging dance demonstrations, and a local vendor market.
Farm Fest is part of Amherstburg’s Open Air Weekends series, bringing themed events, entertainment, and activities to the downtown core throughout the summer. This project is funded in part by the Governments of Canada and Ontario under the Sustainable Canadian Agricultural Partnership (Sustainable CAP), a five-year, federal-provincial-territorial initiative.
