Join us for Canada Day in Amherstburg!

Get ready to paint the town red and white as Amherstburg transforms into a hub of activity, celebration, and Canadian pride on Wednesday, July 1.

Start the morning with the Canada Day 5K, then enjoy a day of activities throughout downtown, including, food trucks, Mighty Machines, face painting, recreation activities, free cupcakes, soccer fun, dance performances, and heritage demonstrations at Fort Malden National Historic Site. 

The celebration continues into the evening with a live concert in King's Navy Yard Park, followed by a fireworks finale over the Detroit River.
