Briar Ridge park has an existing playground incorporated into the proposed designs. Community interaction opportunities are created through picnic tables, chess tables and a shelter. An area is designated for informal soccer without disturbing the existing trees. Pathway accesses are provided from east, north and south for easy connectivity with the neighbourhood. Pollinator meadows and native trees add to the ecological value of the park.
