Civic Recognition Requests
From community achievements to meaningful causes, the Town of Amherstburg is proud to help you share your message. Whether through an official proclamation, a colourful illumination of a municipal building, or a flag raising at Town Hall, we’re here to help your event or campaign be seen and celebrated.
To submit your request, please complete the Civic Recognition Request Form, or contact Town Hall at 519-736-0012.
Please allow 4–6 weeks’ notice for all requests to allow for Council review and approval. All proclamations and civic recognitions will be considered in accordance with the Town’s Proclamations and Civic Recognition Policy. For more information, please visit the policy document here.
