This park was named after Louis Scodeller an influential local figure who founded Pointe West Golf Club in 1989. This park was dedicated to the children of Anderdon Township on June 25, 1994.

Respecting the existing topography and preserving mature trees, the design introduces an accessible parking area and a walking trail weaving through the park. A defined playground supports active play and improves spatial organization. New trees provide shade and soften the visual impact of parking. Pollinator plantings at key points enhance biodiversity and seasonal interest. Seating is placed along the trail and near the playground for visitor comfort.
