Youth and Teen Recreation Program

Guided by positive role models, the Girls Group helps participants grow confidence, strengthen their voices, and build supportive peer connections—all while having fun and learning to celebrate who they are. Through creative projects, group discussions, and guest speakers, participants explore self-esteem, leadership, healthy friendships, and personal passions.

We will end our program with a Gallery Viewing where artists are given the opportunity to choose two of their paintings they are proudest to display for guests and family.

This program is for any girl from ages 6-12 looking to learn the fundamentals and basics of softball. In this class, girls will learn, practice and master skills such as catching, throwing, fielding and hitting.

No class: 

The Babysitting Course is specifically designed to allow participants to learn valuable skills through animated discussions, role play, and other relevant activities. This course includes accident prevention, basic first aid, dealing with emergencies and real-life scenarios. Future babysitters learn safety and safe play, basic care, leadership, and professionalism.  A culminating written test is a requirement to pass this course and receive a certificate. Course fee includes babysitting manual. 

This program prepares our youth for the important step of Home Alone Safety.  Being home alone can be an uncomfortable and unsafe situation when our children are unprepared.  Safety, first aid, and emergency-handling skills are covered in this course through interactive games, role-playing, stories, and other activities. Each participant will receive a manual to bring home (included) and completion certificate. Let's work to keep our youth safe and confident. 

Active All-Stars is an action-packed program! Each class is filled with exciting gym games, team challenges and skill-building activities that help kids stay active, build strength, improve coordination, and boost confidence — all while having a blast.

Active Kids is an energetic, play-focused program designed to help children stay active, improve coordination, and have fun. Through a blend of games, sports, creative movement, and team challenges, participants develop fundamental motor skills while learning cooperation, communication, and good sportsmanship.

How? What? When? Why? Each class we will explore scientific questions through experiments, creating and building. This class is for kids who love to learn about science and get a little bit messy too!

Our instructor will guide participants through different techniques, from blending to adding textures, helping them bring their artistic ideas to life. No experience needed, materials included.

Learn the fundamentals of cheerleading: jumps, cheers, motions, kicks, voice projection, dance, and the basics of tumbling.

Each week uses hands-on activities that encourage cooperation, communication and positive peer connections. The order in which the weeks take place may change.

Our kids Hip Hop class is a fun, high-energy program where young dancers learn basic hip hop moves, rhythm, and confidence. Through kid-friendly music and easy choreography, students build coordination, creativity, and teamwork—all while having a blast. Perfect for beginners or any child who loves to move and express themselves!

Step it Up introduces young dancers to a fun mix of styles, including ballet, jazz, hip hop, and creative movement. Children build coordination, confidence, and musicality while exploring different ways to move and express themselves. It’s the perfect class for curious dancers who love variety and want to try it all!

This vocal class is designed to develop confidence in students singing voices while learning foundational vocal techniques. Through fun warm-ups, breathing exercises, pitch activities, and group songs, students will explore their vocal range and learn how to sing with proper posture, breath support, and control. Students will have opportunities to perform individually and as a group.

This program focuses on building essential skills like dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense through fun drills and exercises. Players will improve their technique, boost their confidence, and have fun. All skill levels welcome! This is a non-competitive program. This program takes place indoors on our dry pad.

This non-competitive youth flag football program is a great way for kids to stay active, learn new skills, and have fun on our indoor turf. Designed for boys and girls ages 9–12, participants will learn the fundamentals of flag football through fun drills, basic gameplay, and team activities. No experience is necessary—just bring your energy and get ready to run, pass, and play in a supportive and encouraging environment!
